Its been a while since last text but here we go...

So... In Finland, next month, theres gonna be an online contest powered by DFE and Ponke`s. No offical rules or anything yet. But keep an eye out. Theres also been pretty big conversation about an event. It would be awesome to see finnish fingerboard scene. There would be little competitions and stuff but nothing too serious.

Team Rider Interview : Anton "Kasse"

Kasse is kind of a myth in finnish scene, this is his interview.

I: So, tell us who you are and where you come from.

K: Im Kasvis and i come from Helsinki, Finland.

I: How long have you been fingerboarding and how did you started?

K: About 2 years ago I saw Mike Schneiders how to kickflip video and thats pretty much when I started.

I: Whats your current setup?

K: Berlinwood Pirat, selfpainted black BrTrucks and Winkler Br Eds.

I: You have been/going to any contest or events, succeed?

K: Yes, I did go to the finnish championships and I got 1st place.

I: Any last words?

K: Buy Berlinwoods and fingerboard!

Okay, so lets make an interview!


I: So, tell us who you are and where you come from.

N: My name is Niko Katavainen and I come from small villlage near Helsinki. Ive been fingerboarding for about 3 and a half year now.

I: What does TIFB stand for?

N: It means ThisIsFingerboarding. Me and Kasse thinked about names and this is what we did end up. The major thing about TIFB is having fun with friends.

I: You have been/going to any contest or events, succeed?

N: Ive been in Finnish Championships and came 3rd, I was pretty dissapointed but I had fun. Im going to go Malmö Ultra Bowl next year and trying to make it to the Fast Fingers someday.

I: Any last words?

N: Fb4Fun, you cant fingerboard if you dont have fun with it. Be creative!
